॥ स्वागतम् ॥

Svāgatam — welcome, in the older language

आरम्भः·Begin a conversation · Ārambhaḥ

A small list, or a private call.

Whether you are exploring or ready to act, there is a path for you. Each route is open; each is replied within hours, not days. Founder-led at every gate.

स्तरः १·Tier 1 · Curious

The quiet list.

Subscribe to the inaugural prospectus and Field Notes. Three pieces a quarter, free, no upsell. The list is small; the writing is for you.

Quarterly. Free. Cancel any time.

स्तरः २·Tier 2 · Considered

The thirty-minute private call.

Not transactional yet. We listen to your thesis — lifestyle, capital horizon, family considerations, financing posture — and tell you, plainly, whether the practice is the right fit.

स्तरः ३·Tier 3 · Active

The direct lines.

For matters in motion — an enquiry on a mandate, a question on tenure, a conversation with the founder. Replied within hours.

संस्थापकः·The founder · Saṁsthāpakaḥ

Who you are actually writing to.

Every conversation that begins here is read, considered, and replied to by the same person. The practice is a person before it is anything else.

Abhishek Sreenivasan

Founder · Ameya Vritti · Bengaluru

Born of the Sreenivasan house, raised in Bengaluru, schooled in the city's tech corridor and trained against its real-estate one. Before this practice, he watched closely — bank desks, developer panels, family-office portfolios, NRI repatriation cycles, the small daily grit of Section 195 and Form 27Q. Ameya Vritti is what he wished had existed when his own family first navigated the gap between owning a property in India and being able to trust the people moving it.

The practice is small, and intentionally so. Founder-led every conversation, every gate. The 10-agent operating system in the background does the unsexy work — ingestion, scoring, compliance — so that the human in front does only what a human should: listen, judge, represent.

If you write, he replies — usually inside the hour, never outside the same day. सत्यं वद धर्मं चर · Satyaṁ vada dharmaṁ chara — speak truth, walk the right path. The two principles that govern how he works.
