Give the machine a self.
We're transforming the machines that move the world — from dumb and dangerous to safe, then self-driving. The same brain in every body, starting where the work is deadliest.

One brain, many muscles. ~80% is built once — perception, the on-board reflex we own, edge compute, the world-model. The other ~20% — the pilot-valve kit that wakes India's lever-driven fleet — is the hard part everyone else skips. So we own that too.

blinded ⇒ stopStale link ⇒ a controlled stop. A hardware mushroom e-stop is wired straight into the cutoff.
stop = a hardware factA Jetson-class brain — fusion, perception, planning — protected inside the cab. It proposes motion; it can't defeat the stop.

IP66–69K · bolt-onA machine that feels itself — strain, heat, the tremor before a failure.
Today we still hand machines senses built for the old world. If a machine could truly feel itself, most failures would announce themselves before they happened — and the reflex that keeps a human safe gets sharper every hour. We're building to certify (ISO 26262 / SOTIF) — never "certified" until it's proven.
Bedrock can wake a Caterpillar fast — because Cat re-architected its hydraulics in 2018. India's fleet didn't. The retrofit is harder here — which is exactly why it's a moat. The reflex still runs on-board — in the moment, even when the network drops.
The deadliest machines are the training ground. Master them, and the same self moves to the next body — pit, port, field — until it reaches the one that matters most: the machine you ride home. Physical AI, retrofit into the iron the world already runs on.

the safety-mobility cabOn heavy iron the reflex is worn as armour — a crown you can see. On the car you ride home it dissolves into the bodywork: camera-first sensing, flush smoked optics coplanar with the panels, no roof rail, no pod. The only tell is a single ember hairline that breathes once at wake.

One stack under every machine — Safety Reflex · Teleop→Autonomy · Retrofit OS · Data engine. What the reflex learns in a quarry hardens every crane and tractor — and, in time, every car. The brain is one; only the body changes. Our bet — earned one machine at a time.
For a century we made machines stronger, and asked humans to stand inside the danger to run them. The mine, the quarry, the haul road — construction is a sliver of the workforce, and about 30% of the dead — some 108,000 lives a year.
No one — man, woman, or child — should have to stand inside a mine, a quarry, a collapsing trench to make a living.
This is the work we exist to end.
Safety is the reason. Efficiency is the multiplier. A machine that runs itself never sleeps, never tires, never goes home — so the roads, mines and ports a growing world needs get built around the clock.

And it already works — at scale
One death is never one number. A breadwinner falls — and a child leaves school for the same mine.
Take the human out, and the cascade reverses: a family stays whole, a child stays in school — and the world gets built faster.

3,832 machines on Earth drive themselves. Every year a million more ship with a human still in the seat — every quarry, port, mine and build site is demand no one else is building for.

Autonomy today means new, ultra-class trucks on greenfield mega-mines in rich countries. The mixed, ageing, brand-jumbled fleet that builds the developing world — the deadliest, most schedule-slipped work on Earth — is the lane no one else is in.
Supreme Court of India, Jan 2026 (UltraTech v. State of Gujarat, 2026 INSC 43): machines used exclusively inside enclosed premises are not "motor vehicles." Autonomy in a quarry, mine or captive site faces no Motor Vehicles Act, no RTO registration, no on-road-autonomy law — the wall that stops everyone else on public roads simply isn't there for us.
The ex-Waymo founders at Bedrock (US$270M, Feb 2026) arrived at our core bet on their own — a separate, verifiable safety layer with learned autonomy riding on top. The thesis is proven; the lane — India, the mixed fleet, the dust others defer — is ours.
Competitor figures are their own public statements. India's ~48,000/yr occupational-death toll is an estimate; DGMS mining deaths are hard-counted — we keep them separate.
Retrofit is the wedge. The destination is one brain that can operate any machine, any body, anywhere — the operating system for the physical world.
